It has been some time since my last blog, and there are two main reasons for that. One I only write when something inspires me, and two I have recently launched two new businesses and I have been a busy bee! So the one thing I have noticed recently is I am feeling disconnected from my online community. If your reading this it includes you. You are God
I am God, you are God, we are God. But I am not your God, and you are not my God, yet we are God. This truth has been reviled to me time and time again. I am the God that creates my life, with the never ending energy given to me, and this is true for you. You are a creator, the creator of your life, your life energy is the hand of your God nature, and with this force you create anything you put your energy into, that is the magic that is you. Your a powerful being here creating that which you focus on. As above so below, your God is within you, your nature is God, your true form is energy, your skill is creating, your focused energy is your divine creation. You are God, the God of your world, your the creator drawing the canvas of your life. As you put forth your energy you add to the pool of energy for that which you have focused on. You allow Gods to use that energy to create their focus. You are part of an intricate system of energy ALL of which is God's true nature. Which energy you assist in building creates our world, your reality and the expansion of all. You need not look anywhere for the creation of your reality outside of you, for it all comes from the inner most working of your energy. Know your energy, know you focus, and be the God you were created to be!

Our Quantum Reality
Our reality isn't as solid as we perceive it, particles are waves and waves are particles. But how can a solid form be a wave, and how can a wave become solid form? It's all in our perception! Quantum, a word we are hearing more and more these days, has become an accepted, though not very understood, part of scientific reality. Science has come to understand that the very act of observation determines whether something is perceived as a solid form or a wave.
What does this mean for us non scientific folks? Simple, thoughts are things, all energy forms are waves, and can become particles just as particles, which are things, can brake down and move back into a wave. So how can this change our reality? It already does every day, as we make observations we also create thoughts and have expectations. So when you wake up and look in the mirror you have a thought and expectation of what you will see once you look in the mirror. Quantum physics tells us if you changed your expectation long enough of what your reflection will be, then your reflection will begin to conform to your new expectation. The simple act of observation, expectation and thought actually create are particles, waves and reality.
What is quantum physics teaching us about law of attraction? The energy we give to thought has the ability to create form, and that IS the teaching of Law of Attraction, quantum physics is now concurring with these once obscure ideas. Our collective energy creates the world as we perceive it today. Want to change the world? Change your expectation of it! Want to change your reality, spend more time contemplating what will be, then what is!
Understanding that energy in all forms has the ability to become solid form, and all solid form has the ability to shift back into pure energy is the basis for creating your reality as you wish it to be. Look at it for what it is, and you will miss what it could be!

Love starts your Life
We often speak about Loving each other, Loving our family and friends, but true unconditional Love must start with yourself. We must first feel Love in order to give it to anyone or anything else. When we take time for ourselves, we are then able to give it freely to all. When was the last time you did something solely for yourself. It hopefully was recent and done in-joy. This time out to give yourself Love can be so simply, but the repercussions of this act send ripples through our world. If we are holding on to self judgment there is no way to not place it in our world, for our energy is the wave, our thoughts are the consciousness, are journey together here is not made of separate parts, but of a whole. Your own feelings, self judgments and self criticisms do not only effect you. Step one to living in harmony starts within you. What if the scenes outside of you were first all created from within you. As many have come to understand in the scientific world, our perception, which is unique within each of us, is how we process our point of view, it is how we understand our world and our place within it.
What if we practiced non-judgment of self. In the beginning of pondering this thought, many years ago, I found myself anxious. "If I don't judge myself, how will I know how to behave?" and "How will others perceive me" Feelings of a need to control, masked as fear. Over the years I have developed some techniques to quieting self judgement. But step one was deciding I was worth it! There is freedom in learning these techniques or creating some of your own, as it allows space, in your energy, in your mind, and in your heart. When we become less harsh with ourselves, it becomes easier to be less harsh with others. There is a natural flow of peace the awakens within you. Below are some simple techniques I have used over the years, take any that feel good to you and decide you are worth it, after all that is the honest truth, you are always worth it.
Mirror Exercise: This idea actually was not mine, I was first introduced to it by Louise Hay in her movie "You can heal your life". It was also an important lesson shown in the movie "What the Bleep do we know". It is one of my favorite, daily activities. This is easy to add into your day, as most of us see our reflection many times through out the day, not just in our bathroom mirror. So when you come in contact with your reflection, rather then stand in judgment of what you see, refocus. It is important that you find something, anything that you truly love about your reflection. Maybe your eyes, or your freckles anything at all. Start with that each time you see yourself, focus first on the little things you love. As you get ready for your day take time to appreciate your reflection in as many ways as you can. In the beginning if you find it difficult don't give up, it becomes very easy with time. If you can't pinpoint something you really love simple tell yourself "I Love you" something will emerge just from those simple words.
Stop the chatter: When you are in your car or washing the dishes you find your mind is running with idea's, thoughts and to do lists. There is one other thing our minds tend to do, look back on situations, and start judging what we said, how we dressed, what "they" thought. Nothing useful comes from these habits of evaluating old situations, but it can break our good mood. So the next time your in one of these mind frames, as soon as you take notice, hum a note, think of something fun you recently did, or even go back to your to do list. These times of self judgment will take a back seat as soon as you start turning them off when they turn on. Again this takes time and patience, but your worth the effort!
Visualization: This is a wonderful way to focus on what you DO want, take time each day to spend time thinking about what you like about yourself, and expand that to an image. Maybe your in a crowd and all eyes are on you because you are a delight to chat with, or you make everyone laugh. Maybe your at the beach in a two piece and feeling great about it, or perhaps your short hair has grown long and your freckles have seemingly disappeared. Ask yourself what could I do today that gets me on my way to this wonderful image. Whatever answers you receive follow through with them!

"It's just a Mirror"
There is illusions all around us. Take your choice, look at anything and what you will see is a reflection, you will notice something, and your noticing of it will be personal to you. Many others will look at this same thing and see something very different. That is because all things are filtered through our own personal perspective. Are you often noticing something in someone and wish that personality trait would be left behind, there is something to be said for it. Your ability to see what is there is only because it is also within you. It may be something you wish not to be, or something you use to be, but it is still part of you. This awareness allows you to shine light on it, see it for what it is and shift higher into yourself. I will use a personal experience to explain this more. I have come to notice in many friends and family an insecurity about themselves, a feeling of lack and a discomfort in their personal idea's and how they will be received by others. When I shun these people or perceptions away a whole lot more people show up with similar traits. That is when I took notice and became appreciative for this awareness. For I know it is all a reflection but not always the easiest thing to look at.
Now is the time to move forward from this and brake free of an old habit or way of being. So I take a journey through my own life, looking upon my actions to see where my insecurities lie. How am I unconsciously being insecure in my own right. There are moments of awareness I see clearly that I to am holding on to old patterns of self doubt. Once I have become aware of these patterns the next step has grown. I can now take time to be conscious of these self doubting behaviors, as I shine my awareness on this situation each time they show up I am breaking the old cycle. I take a deep breathe and ask for clarity and guidance. I clear my mind and focus on my breathe. I allow myself to open to receiving new idea's, new thought patterns and as I come back to my situation I feel a releasing of all doubt.
Take some time to write a list of those traits you often see in others, allow both the good and bad to shine through. Pick a trait you would like to release and become conscious of times when you to show this trait. When those new situations show up and your old trait follows along, notice it. Take a deep breathe and send loving energy to it. Ask for clarity on releasing this behavior or pattern. It is only through are self awareness and Love that we may break free of the old, limiting thoughts so we may make room to become more of who we authentically are.

An important reminder for parents who understand Law of Attraction
Always think positive thoughts about your children, worry is creating what you don't want! When your child has something going on and it causes you to worry, the moment you notice worry it is your job as a parent to send your child Loving energy.
I will use a dramatic personal experience with worry to explain it more clearly. My son began walking up the stairs at 16 months and he was getting very good at it. I for the most part did my very best with not worrying and allowing his to explore and learn how to use his body. In the very beginning I was always behind him but once he was sturdy, about two weeks after this began, I would let him go unassisted up and down. It was all he would do for an hour at a time. Crawl up, slide down slowly on his butt. One day I am getting ready for work. He is crawling up the stairs and I thought I saw him start to loose his balance and I gasped, which caused him to look up quickly at me and he then lost his balance. He tumbled down 5 stairs and I went running, knowing the whole time that my worry created that.
When we really start to pay attention to what we give attention to you will find this occurs with anything you think. To keep your children from harm think of something else, if you can't stop thinking about the provability of a situation then at least send it a form of clearing. Some of my favorites and most beneficial to me are EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Ho'oponopono, Affirmations with breathing to relax and calm. Reading is also a great distraction especially if it is Law of Attraction Based or your form of spiritual teachings, they help us remember that what we think we create, what we worry about, increase and what we fight against, creates fuel for the flames.
Do your children, family and friends a huge favor and don't worry about them! The best you can do is better then not doing it at all. Even after all these years of knowing this I find I have to remind myself, it becomes less and less often though and very worth your health and theirs.

Meditation and Lesson with the Gaden Jangtse Tibetan Monks
There is nothing quite like spending meditation in the presence of Chanting Tibetan Monks. I have always used a form of music to assist in my afternoon meditation time, but on this particular evening I was invited to sit with the Gaden Jangtse Monks and experience a combination of throat chanting, authentic music, with some never before seen instruments, and the ceremony for house blessings, and overcoming challenges. For an hour we sat together in meditation assisted by this vibrational bliss of peace. The sounds where felt through ever cell of my being in a way. You could feel, and for some see the energy in the room, lifting us all to a higher state of being. The experiences between people were unique and interesting to discuss. Many of us could feel the state of inhanced bliss and release. Those who were gifted with unique abilities such as channeling were visited by monks. The vibration of the music was felt by us all.
After our meditation we were invited to contemplate the meditation of compassion. The Monk explained some techniques used by Masters and explained the difference between compassion and great compassion. Compassion being that which you feel toward a child, parents or dear friend. Great Compassion being that which you are able to extend to all things of all natures. The contemplation of suffering was discussed as the act of feeling great compassion for the ant that walks by and feeling it's suffering then sending it your compassion. The Monk went on to explain that once we can feel the same compassion for the ant that we do our own blood we have experienced Great Compassion. Another lesson was our day, we on average spend 6-8 hours sleeping and about 10-12 hours of our day thinking about ourselves "what should I do, what should I get, Who should I see, What will I have, How will I do this", the goal of a Monk is to reduce the I time and increase compassion. When we all make more of an effort toward this goal we will watch the worlds shift.
After our two hour visit, we were offered singing bowls, Mala Beads, Pray Flags and many other goods to help support the Gaden Jangtse Monastery. I was thrilled to purchase Mala beads for such a wonderful reason, and was privileged to have the Monk I am standing with in this picture the "Master Hearer" bless my beads. As I placed these beads over my head I could feel the energy and my Heart Chakra burst open. The experience is one I will never forget. I would highly suggest enjoying this for yourself!

Sometimes we need a little clarity
I know each and every one of us is absolutely capable of finding our truth, on our own. So why would I choose to be a coach? For the same reason I might call a friend or Coach of my own. Yes I am a coach with coaches! Why would I want to have a coach, for a very simple reason, it is so easy to notice some one else's pattern!
When your really close to a "problem" or feeling something isn't right, we sometimes hit a wall. I know I have in my relationship from time to time and with family members. It is really helpful to me to have someone I can talk with, and correct me when I am not correcting myself. I appreciate very much the shift that comes with these conversations. Sometimes all it takes is a few words, sometimes there is a lot more built up energy around a situation and takes time and dedication to release the build up. That is why having a coach can be huge in releasing old patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you choose to have a coach or friend assist you or you go it alone (which is very possible) it takes time, patience and dedication to release the old and make room for the new. Focus is important, when that situation you don't want arises again, it is not because you have failed, it is an opportunity to release the old cycle of behavior and start anew. The Real Answer, Why Can't We All Just Get Along!?
I often see these post's, and often have committed the same crime. It is a simple truth really, so crazy it just might work. But of course it also hasn't been instilled in us since birth, and is an old habit to break. It is more beneficial to break this habit than any other you may have, it would change the world forever. Yet even I find myself doing this bad habit through out my day.
What is it we do that could cause murders, rapes, wars, greed and starving children. This is a pretty big claim on my part I know, what in the hell could do all this and how dare I say you cause such a thing, I cause such a thing, we all cause such a thing. Actually by this point in reading you have probably done it at least once, you actually did it one way or another just by choosing to read, or not read, this article. You made a Judgement.
Well what do I really mean, lets start explaining. We see a picture of a frail mother and her near death child, what do we do. First we feel bad for them and then we hate those who may be to blame for such a thing. What energy did we send to the situation, was it love? When someone cuts us off and we get irritated or more, what did we send out, was it love? When we see a beggar on the street, what judgement to we make, is it loving. This can be asked of every situation we encounter, every second of the day, are mind is moving, it is making judgments, very quick judgments, many we barley take notice to.
Well for those of you who are aware of the energy field our heart creates, then your getting the point already. But for the rest, we are made of energy, we create our world through energy, we create our lives through energy, a child is born into the energy field that we have created together on this planet. Our entire world is created to be the reflection of 7 Billion people and the energy the give themselves and others.
Let's really think about this, how do you treat yourself. Can you really get in front of a mirror and smile. My honest truth now is yes (most of the time), but is my moment to moment self conversation about me 100% loving? So if we speak to ourselves negatively as little or much as we do, and we judge others for all things, and let that energy also sit in our world, then you can clearly see the world we have created to date. Self hate and negative judgement for things all over the world have now brought us to this point today.
How can we change this? One thought at a time, on feeling at a time, one comment at a time. The next time you notice your thought is anything negative decided to send it some love, or replace it with a great memory. Sometimes this is easy, sometimes it is not. Love the Process is a quick 3 words that reminds you all things are possible when you send it love. The website and blog are often posts with guides to shifting you life one thought at a time. I appreciate deeply being able to share this truth with you, and I am excited to assist you in any and all ways I may. Cure's or Band-aids
As I child and teen I had countless "unknown" Illnesses. From a young age my body could not handle milk, cheese or ice cream. I was sent to be allergy tested and found I am allergic to nothing! I has procedures and cameras with no results. I had high white cells counts that my doctor informed my mother, could cause death yet no reason for the onset nor the departure of what ever it was that ailed my body. At 15 I was told I shall never have children and will be plagued with many illnesses in my life due to a condition which has no known cure. Everything added up to be allergic to something but never knowing what that something was. Until today I am unsure of exactly what that may have been. For many years I continued life unaware of my intake and was sick on and off. I went through my early twenties engaged and having four miscarriages, now sure the doctors were right, I would never carry a child to full term. In 2006 I started to believe that maybe the food I was taking in may have something to do with it, I had no idea how deep that rabbit hole would be.
I started with deciding that soda was not in my best interest just for calorie sake, and cut it out of my diet. For a while that was my only change but I felt better. In 2007 I went through a lot of life changes and ended up in a new career. I had worked for a very wealth family for some time as a personal care attendant for their 94 yr old mother. While working for this very health conscious family I paid close attention to everything they did from what they ate to how they spoke. I learnt many things about them, and noticed how different their food choices were to my own families. I started slowly in 2008 changing my habits. In the very beginning it was slow, and sporadic. I no longer ate white bread, or bleached flour, I drank water more then anything else in my day, I allowed myself time to acclimate to a new change before adding more to it. My choice to fill my plate more so with vegetables and fruits seemed to have a large shift in my energy levels. It also improved my mood dramatically. In 2009 I had the shock of a life time, I was again pregnant! My new boyfriend was vegetarian and had a very different diet from my own. During my pregnancy I ate only his food, which was hard sometimes as I was eating things I had never experienced before. To our amazement on November 8th, 2009 our son was born healthy and happy.
Since this experience and the amazing shift in my body's well being, we have since cut out many things. We no longer eat microwaved food. That was an interesting lesson learning how to heat things that had only even been thrown in a microwave before, but with this change came more energy and more care for what we put in our bodies. We do our best to eat organic, we have not had fast food in years. We feel better then we have in a long while, we both seem to be much healthier. The process was long for we choose to take it one step at a time, our newest adventure is our juicer! Coming off the main stream diet was hard at times, and I still have urges for old habits from time to time. Actually a few months ago I followed that urge and went to a fast food place after a year or more without having such things. I was so sick to my stomach after not enjoying that meal, that since then I don't have an urge for such foods.
For the last year we have been reformatting our diets to be a cure for our moods, energy level, and overall health. It has been an interesting journey and as our bodies feel more and more healthy we are excited for each new change. I am no longer on any form of medication, no longer sick to my stomach on an almost daily basis, have reduced headaches, have more energy for my day and feel excited to continue growing and expanding my awareness of the benefits of natures gifts. Baby steps are wonderful, they get you somewhere!

Act 1, Scene 1, "Are you Happy"
This one truth should be the basis for all decisions. The question is, "am I happy", if the answer is no you must then ask yourself what will make you happy. The only option at this point is to make that change, if instead you dwell on possible plays that could occur from making your decision you get caught in a vibration of stagnation. Image if every person first chose happiness for themselves. We would have the ability to Love more deeply, appreciate more graciously and give freely of what we love. When we allow ourselves to become hung up in details and "what if's" we not only drag ourselves down, but teach others that we must care more for others then we can for ourselves. When we allow our own happiness to guide us through life we brighten our own path and all those we meet along it.
Today, spend time discovering those things that will make you truly happy, and do not justify it to anyone, just go with your knowing. Set your intention to be for the highest good of all involved and follow your heart. Be at peace with your decision. "What if's" are only using your imagination to create things you do not want. Instead take time to imagine the outcome that leaves everyone in their highest place of good. When you can clearly visualize this situation working out for everyone involved, you are ready to embark upon it. If you are not clear that this is for your highest outcome, wait until you are clear. The reason this is important is you do not want to fall into regret later. Know that whatever you do is perfect, you can't get this life wrong, it is all divine in design. Now follow your bliss, and brighten your world, for when you light up your own world you brighten ours as well. ~ Love the Process

You are Amazing
There is no question about it, you truly are amazing. There is no one just like you. It can sometimes be easy to loose yourself in the day to day running around. You sometimes may find yourself more concerned with what others are thinking of your actions, or worry about being judged. The truth is, none of that is you! You know who you are, you know you are special, you know what amazing things you offer to the world. When you forget even for a moment of this truth you may find yourself overwhelmed or anxious. In those moments it is most important to take a moment to breath and remind yourself of just how wonderful you are. Pick anything you enjoy about yourself and give your full attention to it. Do not give yourself excuses as to why your unable to at this moment. Just take a deep breath, and pick something. Stay with it as long as you can and you will find your mind will eventually natural drift to even more amazing aspects of yourself. When you are able to give yourself the true Love you desire you will find it showing up all around you, from people to events the Love will be there. So who are you, besides the amazing light of Love, the creator of your bliss, the creator of your joy, explore your heart and find the deep Love for your true self. You are absolutely amazing and don't let yourself ever forget that fact! ~Love the Process

Clearing - Some effects you should know about
When we receive a clearing at first it may not seem as though anything at all has happened. You may still feel the heaviness of what is in your present circumstance. There may be an awareness that things are shifting, but not necessarily at a pace your hoping for. In the coming hours, days or weeks there are some things that may show up in your experience that feel like as if the issue may have amplified. You may come down with feelings of a cold or flu. The condition your asking to clear may have a flare up or you could become emotional whether it is laughing for seemingly no reason or crying with that same feeling of no reason. These are actually very good signs, even if in the moment they feel otherwise.
When these clearing side effects show up they are a signal to you that a shift is occurring. When your vibration is shifting and can manifest on your body as a cold, itching, or aches. This is a releasing of old vibration, as your body acclimates to your new vibration it is common for something to show up they may seem counter productive. The same may happen on the emotional level which is why you may find yourself in a laughing or crying fit. Getting through this process may take only minutes or a few days. Some may even find that they never have a physical condition occur. It deeply depends on you and your vibration, how deeply it is with in you and also depends on your readiness to let it all go.
Not to worry, this effect lasts for a very short time. When your shift has occurred within your vibration you will often feel better then ever, once the cold or crying symptoms have stopped. You may feel a new lightness around the area you were clearing or less anxiety around a thought that once made you anxious. The clearing of old energy and shifting to your new awareness is a process and the more you enjoy and appreciate the process, the more clear your shift will be.

Ho'opoonopono Clearing Water
Ho'oponopono, as taught by Dr. Hew Len is the process of clearing old "data" to allow room for divine energy. The simple process of self clearing has been explained in other articles, but today I would like to touch on clearing water. After watching a two day full seminar hosted by Dr. Hew Len I was ecstatic to say the least. This two day seminar has since been removed from the web, and my divine timing allowed me to watch this full seminar for free, though to actually attend the seminar would have been well over 1,000 dollars.
The explanation of clearing water was simple to the point and, as I have found, very beneficial. Dr. Len explained that during his regular clearing he had been directed on how to make water with the powerful clearing effect. It was simple, take a blue glass bottle, any shade of blue is suitable, and a cap made of anything but metal and fill it with tap water. He explains that he does not know why bottle water is not to be used and he is simply going with the directions given to him. After filling this bottle with water place the cap on, you can chose to say the Ho'oponopono at this time but it is not necessary. Place this bottle in the Sun for 15 minutes to 1 hour. At this point you have made your own clearing water.
The uses for clearing water are seemingly endless. You may drink it as is, or if your prefer add a drop to your regular bottled water. Add a drop to your pets water, plants, bath water, even cooking water, before or after it's boiled makes no difference. You can add a drop of this water to anything that would not be harmed by adding water. Yes even your lotions, perfume, or lipstick can withstand a drop of clearing water.

The process of Enlightenment
At the beginning of my spiritual quest I had no intention to become enlightened nor did I understand what that even meant. Yet know after 15 years I am beginning to understand things in the light of what spiritual teachers teach. My questions of the world started at age 13, and amazingly life changing event caused a burning question, who had my grandmother prayed to all her life and where is she now? My search started within her own religion, she was Catholic. I quickly found I had many questions for which I could not see answers within the Bible, Sunday School taught me to listen well, question little and obey. Well that was my experience of it and I did not enjoy it one bit. It felt all together wrong to me and the open ended answer of Heaven and God, a man which both Loved and punished you made no sense to my now 14 year old mind. It is written in scriptures: “Be ye perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” When I asked what this meant, follow the commandments was the resounding answer. I continued this quest with 2 more years of traditional church teaching moving through Baptist, Protestant, and Born again Christian churches. I found no huge difference in the teaching and knew they would also not answer my questions. After a series of seemingly coincidental events and Aunt whom I had not seen in years allowed me to stay with her for a few months during the summer, I had no idea how radical this life experience would be, but looking back I know when I started getting real answers and this was it. My Aunt had also made a choice to learn many traditional religious ways and seemed content with her newest known answer, The Law of Attraction and Energy work. As I have studied this subject now for 13 years the answers have become clear and known to me on a level which is indescribable but I will do my best to share it with you.
There are moment I have experienced in my life which can only be described as Enlightened. These moments did not begin to occur until 7 years into my studies of meditation, energy awareness and couscous thinking. They started off very short in nature a few minutes at a time, then gradually increased to hours, days and most recently, weeks. These times are very different from my previously known awareness levels. There is a stillness in my body that has no words to describe it, a knowing of deep alignment with everything, everyone and the unknown realms. In these moment, I first began to know the pure perfection of everything. I could feel the immense energy coursing through me which belong to everything. Enlightenment is, I believe, the moment in which your able to see clearly the perfection of this world and everything within it. There is an amazing clarity in these moments of life that truly allow you to understand, deeply, what that passage,“Be ye perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.”, speaks of. In these moments of clarity, I deeply understand the perfection of all things. I feel overwhelmed with Love and Peace. These moments turned into days and weeks, and this deepening of awareness is true bliss. Not a thing goes wrong and yet has nothing to do with things, it has to do with my experience of it all. It seems as though in these days, the people I spend my time with have changed but in truth it is my perception that has shifted. The world seems brighter, but it is only my deeper awareness of energy that has made it all light up. In these days the women cutting me off is as precious to me as my own son. I feel a Love that eludes words. Enlightenment I believe is this awareness, and when your are able to live in this awareness daily you are a Master of Enlightenment.

Your Joy is Success
Where is your mind moment to moment? That is the turning point. In every moment of awareness you create a shift. In every moment that you hold your feeling of joy and abundance above your physical reality you create a powerful shift. The practice of creating the shift is up to you. How you create the shift is very personal. The one truth is you must have a deep desire to care first about how you feel, more then anything else. When you get in alignment with Self-Love the moment directs itself into something new. Your ability to create this shift comes from the deepening desire to feel Love and Peace within the moment. When you have stayed within this new awareness of Self-Love it manifests it's own true nature. You start to respect your intuition, you no longer doubt new idea's, you find time to follow your bliss, you allow yourself time to feel connected to everything around you. You begin to see the perfect flow of nature and energy. This shift into this new found freedom is what creates the new and exciting paths your searching for. When you stop searching and start allowing, the flow of this Self- Love expands and as you follow this expansion of you, you find all that you wanted and so much more. It takes listening to your mind chatter and letting it go, it takes quieting the mind enough to let it shine, it takes a deep knowing that there is more for you, then what you see before your eyes. When you find this place within the power of it is overwhelmingly wonderful. Everything shines with a glow of Love and the air tastes a bit sweeter. There are so Many ways to Shift your Day
There seems to be almost an endless amount of techniques that can help you refocus and release old patterns. You could quite literally fill your day just with practices and never have a moment for anything else. So how do we figure out how to pick what to use ? What are some of these techniques? The first question actually has a very simple answer. You pick techniques that feel good to you, that you enjoy doing, and that make you feel more connected with your true self. No big secrets, no right or wrong, no one fits all method here.
Now for our second question, what are some of these techniques, let's start with a well know, well researched technique, Meditation. Meditation is the act of quieting the mind and allowing stillness. Some find meditation to be effective when holding a single thought or tone. Others will meditate by focusing on an image, usually a Mandala, and allow all else within the awareness to drop away. There are also guided meditations which bring you through a journey or into a higher level of awareness. Yet still others meditate by focusing solely on their breath. Meditation is highly personal and you should chose a practice that you enjoy and feel comfortable doing. The studies show there are amazing health benefits to regular meditation. Daily meditation for as little as 15 minutes will change your body's stress level naturally. Prolonged benefits of meditation include reduced risk of heart related illness and stroke. There are also more recent studies showing that most mental illness can be reduced or eliminated will a daily meditation practice. Children with ADHA or ADD have shown a significant improvement, also children with Aspergers have had wonderful results with a daily dose of meditation. Though often overlooked, meditation seems to be an amazing natural way to reduce stress, relieve anxiety and improve mental health conditions. There of course are more spiritual reasons you may also chose to use this practice. Many spiritual teaching explain this to be similar to a form of pray, only with no actual request, it is simple to become quiet and allow spirit, god, or source to become integrated with your soul. Some have found during meditation that they find answers to troubling question, or become inspired to an action that changes their life in amazing ways. No matter what your reason meditation is a wonderful exercise to shift your day!
The next shifting tool I would like to talk about is affirmations. Affirmations are statements written or spoken stating a goal as if it has already arrived. For example if you are not in a perfect state of health and would prefer to be, you could being an affirmation "My body is healthy and Vibrate, I Love and appreciate myself.". What if you feel a lack of resources or a money challenge, your affirmation might be " My Life is filled with abundance and it keeps on growing." . The words are important to a degree, you want to keep it completely positive, no room for don't and wants here! There is a second piece to affirmations, how you feel when you say or write them. The feeling your having is directly correlated to it's ability to manifest. in your life. Do not worry,with practice this will begin to feel natural and comfortable for you, and once you have hit the point of believing it as you say it you have it! What if you feel like you just can't believe this, here is a wonderful tip. Take a few minutes to first remember an awesome moment in your life, a comment that made you feel great, a friend that always makes you laugh, Allow yourself to feel the energy of that moment and enjoy that moment as if you were in it. Now that your feeling wonderful get to writing your affirmation down or saying it in the mirror to yourself. This time you will be able to feel that great energy you were thinking about a moment ago and use that to feel your way through your statements in this fun, loving energy. With in a short amount of time you will be able to feel this energy with the same statement as you align with the awesome energy your holding for yourself.
Shift tool number three is to change your mind chatter. Most of us never even take time to notice the inner conversation going on but we are all having them often. First take a day to watch how you talk to yourself, are you disapproving of yourself, your decisions and actions? Do you often find problems every where you go, always running late and feeling bad about it, can't get your mind off the co-worker that drives you nuts, hate traffic, lines, bills, gas prices! Watch your thoughts, those things are powerful and creative! Often when we fist take notice of the direction our thoughts primarily go we are almost shocked. We don't really talk very nice to ourselves, about ourselves and our situations we find ourselves in. So now it is time to make a change, this takes time effort and dedication. If you have worked with the first two tools this will be much easier for you! Now when you hear yourself say I don't have enough money you can change it, even if it is just in your mind, even use your affirmation any time you hear such talk coming from with in. Every time you step in the mirror take note of something, anything you like about yourself. Ignore and replace anything negative with a positive statement. When your standing in line find something to appreciate in the room or out the window. Let's face it if were stuck in traffic all the complaining in the world wont make it go away, but we can use that time for something fun, call a friend, find a good song, take some meditative breaths, enjoy the sun shine. There really are many things we can find to appreciate once we decide to take time to find them.

This is a great starting point and will surely keep you on your toes as you make a conscious choice to add these new tools to your daily life. Do you often find problems every where you go, always running late and feeling bad about it, can't get your mind off the co-worker that drives you nuts, hate traffic, lines, bills, gas prices! Watch your thoughts, those things are powerful and creative! Often when we fist take notice of the direction our thoughts primarily go we are almost shocked. We don't really talk very nice to ourselves, about ourselves and our situations we find ourselves in. So now it is time to make a change, this takes time effort and dedication. If you have worked with the first two tools this will be much easier for you! Now when you hear yourself say I don't have enough money you can change it, even if it is just in your mind, even use your affirmation any time you hear such talk coming from with in. Every time you step in the mirror take note of something, anything you like about yourself. Ignore and replace anything negative with a positive statement. When your standing in line find something to appreciate in the room or out the window. Let's face it if were stuck in traffic all the complaining in the world wont make it go away, but we can use that time for something fun, call a friend, find a good song, take some meditative breaths, enjoy the sun shine. There really are many things we can find to appreciate once we decide to take time to find them.
This list of tools will continue and my guess is there will always be more to add. This is a great starting point and will surely keep you on your toes as you make a conscious choice to add these new tools to your daily life. Clearing up questions on Ho'oponopono
The Ho'oponopono is taking 100% responsibly for all that is within your awareness. It is knowing that all that is within your awareness is actually within you. So I will explain these statements from the full perspective of what your acknowledging when repeating Thank you, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, I Love you.
Thank you - For my awareness it allows me to see what is within me, and that is why I have taken notice to this thing outside of me. I am sorry - For holding on to this for so long. Please Forgive me - For holding onto this for so long. I Love You - The wonderful inner child that is me.
Yes this is a conversation between you and you, the child within that is holding on to so much of your life. The one who is in need of being released from everything we have held onto for so long. We do not always have to be in meditation to have this conversation, we can do this anytime something or someone comes into are awareness that makes us anything other then comfortable. Remember ever second we are taking in 11 million bits of information and are consciously aware of 1%. So when we are taking 100% responsibility we are saying that all things are coming first from within before they can be brought to our awareness in our reality. And though we may not be conscious of it we would still like to heal and let it go. When we are reciting the Ho'oponopono we are allowing ourselves to let go, to be free of this data that we are storing within us. We are releasing this in an attempt to find self love and self peace. We are not trying to get rid of the problem outside of us, we are making room to see the God in everyone and to see the god we are. For we are born perfect and in the likeness of God so when we see anything other then God we have stored data on some level of our consciousness. This stored data is distorting the truth, the perfect nature of which we all are made. When we let go of this data it is to reach a point of Zero, clear truth, Inner Peace. In these moments of clarity we are able to see the God in all, and the answers to our questions are received.
Love the Process- A Journey to Awareness
It is time for me to share many simply processes I have used to lift myself from a negative situation and turn it into a peaceful moment almost instantly. I will use a simple, true explanation of something going on that I pulled myself out of. I am driving home from a wonderful day and in a moment of bliss my check engine light comes on. I had just had my car worked on and everything should be in tip top shape. For a moment I begin the process of worry, wanting to know what is wrong, maybe the mechanic made a mistake on something. My mind started to race and then a paused, I remembered I was just feeling wonderful a moment ago...my thoughts scream back, but your car it is broken, something is wrong! I took a few breaths and though I was not ready to stop talking to myself I changed the subject a bit and thought, well I have been thinking about a new car, I like the gas mileage on this car though, we just had a great trip in this car with no issue. My ride home could have been wracked with worry, but I changed the thoughts. Of course a few minutes later my mind started thinking about the check engine light, again I took some breaths but this time focused just on my breath, and made a simple statement, I AM. I allowed for a moment to feel my higher connection. I know this is just a little something and whatever it may be is right for me at the moment. I had an hour drive home still and my boyfriend would bring it up here and there. We did agree to stop at the Auto store and use their check engine reader. The store we visit says they only allow this during daylight hours and it was already 8pm. We continued home, I thought about my day, my recent trip, my sleeping son, the awesome car that was not acting like it had an issue, I took deep breaths here and there when my mind drifted to anything unpleasant. By the time I got home and out of the car I had not one worry. The next morning I woke to my boyfriend saying he already brought my car to have it checked and it was the gas cap, it hadn't been closed all the way. Nothing at all was wrong, not one thing. Glad I didn't ruin my day and trip and sleep over that!
Recently, I have had a few people come into my life, or already are common in my day to day, that are almost "testing" my skills to stay me. I don't think they are really testing me as much as I am just learning how to deal with new situations. I love that I am coming to a point where I can immediately feel my disconnection and remove my resistance. I woke up on my vacation to a situation I could not understand, but I was not being spoken to very well, my first reaction was to snap back and I did for a moment. As soon as I noticed myself I walked away, and took a moment for myself. I thought for a second about what just happened, and knew the why from the other perspective, thought it still didn't make me feel better to know the why. I instead knew I know wanted to let it all go, I am on vacation, I am excited to have a great day. But I felt like crap at the second, so I was luck to have a brooke running along my cabin and I took a deep breath and instead focus on the sounds, I could feel my mind wander back to the moments before and I would just breath and think of my bigger purpose, to be present, to enjoy and to love. I reminded myself of my connection and refocused on the sounds of nature. In the first twenty minutes of going about the rest of my morning I could feel a thought creeping in and would just take a deep breath and go back to the moment I was in, brushing my hair, making my coffee, playing with my son. Only 20 minutes and I was back to myself, the rest of the day was joyful and full of love. That moment one year ago would have kept me in bed mad all day, or not talking to that person, or just being snappy toward their comments. But not anymore my focus is much strong this time around.
I was driving almost 6 hours and the conversation from others we about cops, how bad they were, being pulled over, arrested, tickets. Now this for some people could be hard to deal with, but for me all I could do was internally laugh and think, but cops are always so nice when they pull me over, and I am a great drive so there really is no worry here, also I am in such a great place that my vibration is attracting awesome nature scenes, and so as the ride took place I would only intuition the cop conversation to point out the mountain tops, the clouds, and the foliage. It was an awesome ride both ways!
For a while now I have been taking time out multiple times a day to take a few breaths while being focused only on the breathing, after a while of doing this maybe 10 or so times a day I shifted slightly. I was ready to focus on the breath and it's connection to source, the one who is my breath, my heart beat, and my life energy. I would depending on the moment either focus on my breath or my breath and deep connection within it. It has been more effective then mediation for me as it is not something I must take time out for. I feel though that the awareness of two or three breaths to be all I need to see through source and love more often every day. I soon will add more to this, awareness of breath and focus on body areas and feeling the energy of source withing it, and as I have already started I bring this awareness back into the reality I must refocus on. The very best thing about this is it can be done anywhere, anytime and no one will ever know that you were aware of those last three breaths.
When I drink my water I always take a moment to think of my water in whatever way I would like to be nourished with it. For example if I am feeling low on energy I may think of my water, as I hold it with both hands, as energy water. I fond most often I prefer Love water, skinny water, healthy water, joyful water and I am always coming up with things in the moment and for that moment. I may sound a little odd but you will notice a taste different. I always drink Poland Spring bottled water. It use to always taste the same, but when I started thinking of what my water would be for my body, the taste changes. Love water does not taste like skinny water, nor spring water. Try this out and let me know how it goes for you!
I have many more ways to share but for now I will leave it there, hope this helps me remember even more clearly all the easy wonderful ways to lighten my energy, and yours too!

A clients Experience with Clearing
I have been doing clearings for people and have received permission to share some of their experiences
My first client asked:
"It would be helpful to clear that "not good enough" feeling, thought, insanity (not good enough to get that job, not good enough to have people want to book shows with me) that keeps rearing its head at me as of late. You could throw in limiting beliefs about money as well. Thank you, this was unexpected, have a beautiful day."
One day later I received this email: "I have experienced a major shift in attitude, and some friends of mine that own a local business have offered to let me do an openhouse of sorts at their store and I have totally realized why I want to be my own boss again and I know I will successful and am just filled with gratitude."
Two day's later I received this email from the same person: "the online daily deals business that I have been helping my partner with, has, since you started the clearing, really exploded. We have an appointment Monday with a group of people from various businesses that are wanting to run deals on our site. Yeah!"
This morning (march 10th) another person I have been working with emailed me this : " Very nice work, Rebecca! I received $5000 last night that I wasn't expecting! And the promise of the same each year for the next seven years! Thank you....I appreciate your help in clearing my false beliefs about money"
It was about 10 minuted later when I received a phone call from someone telling me they had $720 dollars for me and that they are sending it my way in a week!

Ho'oponopono and Your Inner Child
The teachings of Dr. Hew Len are more then interesting. Some of you may have heard about him, he worked for a Psych Ward for the criminally insane. Dr. Hew Len first showed up in 1984 the depressed building, showing lack of care. Workers walked with their back to the wall for fear of being attacked. The isolation rooms were full and heavy medications were used. Dr. Hew Len was hired as a therapist and never actually sat down with a patient, just a patients file. He explained that all he would do is study a file, and as thoughts and emotions entered him he would use the clearing technique of Ho'oponopono to cleans the information. Thank you, I am sorry, Please Forgive Me, I Love You.
Dr. Len explains these thoughts we and feelings we are experiencing is simply stored data. Our brain at any given time is receiving 11million bits of information, but we are only consciously aware of 1%. He explains that though we are not aware of the other 11million bits we must take responsibility in order to clear it. This is what he did with the patients, he also did this for the building, the grounds, the workers and in actuality it was all for himself.
By 1987, the building had been fixed up and painted , the grounds were neat, the staff was happy and turnover was nearly gone. The biggest shock of all, the patients had been released, those once thought "lost causes" were now functioning in the world. The few patients that remand were transferred as the Hospital was no longer needed, and the doors closed forever.
"Isn't it funny we are always there when the problem is" Dr. Len's comment give pause for thought. If we spend time entertaining the idea that the world is a reflection of our inner thoughts, and then go a step deeper to understand we are unconscious of over 11million bits of information per second, this could start to make more sense. Dr. Hew Len explains that this data can be anything from ancestral baggage to the women sick in China. Just as our DNA can show that a if grandmother many generations removed, starved to death your DNA will carry that information into you, and many generations after you.
So if we are this full of data how can we try to be so specific in what we are clearing. We can't! That is what seems to keep people confused about this method of clearing. There is nothing specific other then repeating the Ho'oponopono: Thank you, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, I Love you. Dr.Hew Len does explain that this should also been done at least twice daily with your Inner Child. It does not have to be formal. If you would like a more formal technique then a Breath cycle of 7 counts breathing in, hold to the count of 7, count to 7 breathing out, hold to a count of 7 should be repeated 9 times while sitting or standing with your feat connected to the earth, for a relaxed journey to your Inner Child.
It has been about a month since I have become dedicated to reciting the Ho'oponopono and I have had such amazing results that I started offering it to family and friends. In 5 days I have had 4 of 6 people come back with amazing story's of shifts in their lives. I have also had many shifts within my own life. After seeing the results, having the amazing feedback from friends and family I surely wanted to share it with all of you!

The day of clearing
Numerology is a very interesting subject, and over the last month or so a great friend has been teaching me more about it. The most interesting thing that I am finding is my days seem to match closely with the number sign for that day. Often I plan my day with no clue of what number day it is, but in talking with her or writing in my journal I eventual notice the day. Today is February 20, 2012 and to figure out it's number all you do is add the month, day and year together. 2012 is a 5 so you can easily just add the month and day to 5 for the rest of this year as a short cut. The month 2 and day 20 = 4, so today is #9 day. Nine represents clearing of the old for the new to come in. What has today been full of, clearing, cleaning, organizing and moving things around. How interesting it is that it is the undercurrent of energy and falls natural in sync with what my day has been about. If you would like to play around with the ideas of days having an undercurrent vibration here is the list of numbers and a very brief description of what each represents.

So you have a Toddler

I want to share some tips with you, I do not claim to be an expert and have no formal schooling or training. I have 10 years as a nanny, 2 years as a mother, 7 years as an Aunt and a huge family for which I was the main babysitter. There are some things I have noticed with all the years of working with children. First and foremost they want LOVE, which can come in forms of approval, but I have noticed they will even take punishment if it gets them what they are really looking for, your attention! Often when I find my son behaving in a manner that I would rather change, I take a moment to think of how much undivided attention did I give him so far today? Usually if I sit down and play a short game, read a book or sing a song with him, his mood lifts and he can go back to being the happy, jumping little boy I love. Sometimes it is more then just a need for attention, he may be ready for a nap, hungry, thirsty or sick. Now some may say that is common sense but that isn't always the case, not all of us grew up with children and not everyone knows what these meltdowns may be caused by.
My son has a second type of meltdown that is not due to lack of attention, it is due to him wanting something he can not have. I find that he will start to cry our throw a tantrum and for a while I as baffled at how to handle this and still feel good about it. Time out was my first option but it made us both feel sad. So I started to ask him (even when I already knew) what he wanted. I would ask him to use his words, and before he knew many words I would ask him to point or bring me to what he wanted. Often his tantrum was due to not knowing how to say what he wanted and sometimes he has no idea what he wants. I did notice right away that when he didn't know what he wanted, my asking for words stopped his crying in it's track. When he realized he didn't know what he wanted it was like as if he was now perfectly fine. He would find a toy or grab a book and just go back to having fun. If he actually did want something, often it was something he could have anyway and so that would end the crying. On the occasion that the thing he wanted he could not have I would redirect him immediately to something similar and if nothing similar was available for his request I would pick something he loved and go in that direction I find 9.5 out of 10 times this method of dealing with a tantrum works.
