This is a simple way to relieve symptoms of stress whenever meditation can't fit in. Breathe in to a count of 4, hold to a count of 7, and breathe out to a count of 8, repeat this 4 times. If you do not use breathing techniques often, you may feel a bit light headed. Do not do this while driving, when first beginning.
